About

I’m just a guy in his 30′s trying to figure out this thing called life.  My passion, though, is theology.  I live a wonderful life in Arizona with my incredibly awesome wife and three kids.

My faith journey has been exciting, to say the least.  I’ve gone from Catholic to agnostic to atheist to Christ follower.  I recently completed a BA in Theology and Ministry from Sterling College.  Theology has always been the answer to the question “If I didn’t have to have a job, what would I do?”  Through a series of fortunate events a couple years ago, and some prodding from my wife, I was able to go back to school and complete my degree.

I love volunteering with the youth programs at my church, and I love all the kids I have the fortune to come in contact with.  I was a single parent for a few years before I met my wife, and I know how tough and scary life can be for kids.  My main motivation is to give them a safe place they can come to, an ear to listen, and simply encourage them not only in everyday life, but in their faith as well.

This faith journey has been long, difficult, challenging, rewarding, and is still incomplete.  Where I’m going, I don’t know…. but I’m going to try to enjoy every moment of the ride God has in store for me.

Hello Chris, that is a great photo. Just curious do you know what happened to PHXNEWS.com?

Do you think Todd finally had his fill? Hope you are doing well.

    Thank you

    Sally,

Yeah, I spoke with Todd over the past weekend about the site being down and he was just frustrated beyond belief with his server host.

He was also feeling like he wasn’t able to give it its rightful attention, with all the work he’s been doing for EmpowHer.com, so he just shut it down. He didn’t feel right about putting his name on something he couldn’t commit to.

It’s sad, I’m gonna miss PHX, but I have a feeling we’ll see him around again once his project becomes a little more self-sustaining.

We’re doing good.. hope you and the hubby are well. Drop me a line anytime.

    Christian.

Hello Christian, Thank you for the information. Never realized how much we relied on PHXNEWS as another way to get information and form opinion about various topics.

Being on the road as much as we are it was a great way to get hot stuff from the Home turf.

We think think the world of Todd, shoot we would have been willing to volunteer to over see the site for Todd any thing we could have done to keep it up and running.

Hope all is well with you and hope you have a wonderful Valentine’s Day.

    Sally
